Unit Mixing
Sent in by Dustin, thanks!

There are 4 units the complete player should use.  They are ground to ground, ground to air, air to ground, and air to air.  The best way to counter a ground to ground unit is with an air to ground unit.  The best way to counter an air to ground unit is with an air to air unit.  The best way to counter an air to air unit is with a ground to air unit.  The best way to counter a ground to air unit is with a ground to ground unit.  Sounds simple, right?  Well, let me list some possible combos in the order of: ground to ground, ground to air, air to ground, and air to air.  For Zerg: Ultralisk, Hydralisk, Guardian, Devourer.  For Terran: Firebat/Siege tank, Goliath, Battlecruiser, Valk.  For Protoss: Reaver, Archon/Dragoon, Carrier, Corsair.  This doesn't include basic units like: marine, zergling, zealot and the counters to the basic units like: Lurker, Vulture, Dark templar.  Nor does it include the basic air units like: Mutalisk/Scourge, Wraith, and Scout.  Of course, you'll need these units too.  And not to mention ground magic units like: Defiler, Medic/Ghost, and High Templar.  And air magic units like: Queen, Science Vessel, and Arbiter.  So, what does the complete StarCraft player use?  It depends what's comming at him.  Now, you should be able to defeat anything that comes at you.  Of course, this probably means that you'll be building everything.

CreepColony's Opinion: Uh...if this thing is saying to attack with a variety of units, then, yeah, do it.
