When you are zerg and hate getting Nydused all the time just do something to prevent it. First you could patrol a flying unit (so it doesn't get in the way of your workers) to go across your townhall. Another way (the best way, but it might take up some space) is to build a sunken right next to your main base. Do it early in the game because if you do it later your workers will keep getting in the way when you try to build it. If you do get Nydused, make sure you kill the nydus before the units that come out of it. That is common sense though.

Note:If you can Nydus your enemy, DO IT. If you know it gets on your nerves a lot, then it is gonna get on their nerves, too. When you Nydus a main base it wipes out all the enemy's workers so they can't produce any more units or buildings. It practically kills them.
