Before we begin: this will work best if used on a money map. K. Build 20+ workers. have half collect minerals and half collect gas. Build as many stargates as u can a.s.a.p. from those stargates build ONE and only ONE scout. set him as ALL the stargate's rally points. now have that scout patrol. while he is patrolling, make lots of other scouts. when u have 50-100 scouts, click on the scout everyone is following. send it into the enemy's base. NOTE: u want this scout to die! when it dies, the other scouts will go crazy attacking the enemy's base! have fun killing enemys! NOTE: be sure to make goons and cannons at your base 2 make sure the enemy doesn't attack u while u r attacking him/her! P.S. my battle.net name is Z3R@tu|.

CreepColony's Opinion: Umm...it's not possible to build 300 scouts. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend this strategy unless your opponent is going air. Scouts do really little ground damage, and have less range than wraiths (believe it or not), even with upgrades. Also, that make-scouts-follow-one-scout thing isn't such a good idea. Why would you want to organize your army that way? Just hotkey your scouts, and send them all to attack.
