This strategy is mainly for late game, or whenever you can pull it off. To execute, you must have the following:
1 arbiter /w recall and 150 energy
8 Shuttles
12 zealots
12 dragoons
12 templar /w hallucination and plenty of energy,full energy and +50 upgrade.
4 reavers-in 2 of the shuttles, upgrades for reavers are a must!
2 dragoos in 1 shuttle
8 dark templar in 2 shuttles
2 dragoons in 1 shuttle
8 zealots in 2 shuttles.
First, locate the hive, nexus or command center of enemy. Then put 12 zealots and 12 goons near entrance of their base, out of sight. Hallucinate the arbiter once and the shuttles as many times as you can. Fly all the hallucinations in at the sane time and head for their hive, nexus or command center. While they are distracted, fly the real arbiter in, clear of defenses and unnoticed is preferable. Then recall the real shuttles (shuttles need to be in a tightly-packed group). Immediately unload them and decimate the area. Send in the 12 z's and 12 goons immediately after you make your "real" appearance. They should die pretty easily after that.
Last tips: Watch out for psyonic storms, emp shockwaves, etc when flying in the hallucinations. it kills them.
For additional help, its often a good idea to turn the 12 templar into archons to help out with the killing.
