b4 I begin, this is a SC strat, so no sairs etc. are invlved. this strat works best on and island map such as dire straits.
when you begin, follow the usual with a 7/9 pylon and probes etc. May a gateway and begin teching fast. build 1 forge (only 1 is needed) and UPGRADE PLASMA SHEILDS.
next you will need 2 cy core and possibly another gateway for some goon D. begin to upgrade air units and make about 6-8 goons. build some cannons in with your probes and a few around your perimiter.
now get 2 robotics fac. and a support bay. we will not use reavers, so make sure to upgrade shuttle speed - now you can expand. at this point you are about ten mins into the game.
once u have sufficient $$, build 6 stargates. you should now have all you expanions and your main sufficiently protected with cannons to fend off early attacks. terran wraiths can be especially nast to this strat unless u have detectors.
now build 6 scouts. you will need them for patrolling etc. remember that you MUST NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN! you will be at a lakc of units unless you have some goons and temps so you must be cautious.
now begin your carriers with the interceptor upgrade. make about 6. (btw, you should have scouted your opponent's base w/observers) begin pumping carriers. you can attak as many times as you want as long as you have enough $$.
this is a great strat, just be agressive and REMEMBER TO DEFEND! you are very vulnerable in the early game, but as long as you defend you will be okay. also, when you attack 3 obervers and at LEAST 6 scouts are a necessity to defent from snubfighters (scourge, wraith, other scouts, muties)
CLOSING: never let your guard down and THINK! use your build orders to your advantage and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have a sheild battery at all of your bases.
